For Local Postage Delivery
1. Add SGD1.00 - SGD 3.50 for normal postage according to the total weight of package.
2. Free Normal Postage for order of above SGD30.00.
3. Please advise to add SGD2.24 (SingPOST) for registered mail to prevent any lost mail. Kindly note that we will not held any responsibilities for any goods that are lost or damaged in the transit of Normal Postage mail.
4. Free Registered mail for order of above SGD60.00.
For Meet Up
1. Meet up is available only at selected hours and locations.
2. Meet up places and time could be discuss through emails.
To Door Delivery
1. If customers strictly require us to deliver the items to a specific location or address, the customer will have to bear with the extra delivery charges that is applicable depending on courier service we engage.
2. For orders above SGD100 will enjoy free to door delivery service.
Remark: Meet ups, Registered mail or To door delivery are the recommended delivery mode by The Felicity Garden.
Payment Mode
1. All Prices for items are in Singapore Dollars.
2. No Payment = No Order.
3. Order Confirmation and updates on stock availability will be informed via email.
4. Cash on Delivery or Payment into POSB account.
